Hr Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker)

Job description Oversee the entire new hire onboarding process, including background checks, employment offers, new hire setup and enrollment, compliance training, probation, and confirmation. Track and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related matters across the region. Handle the off-boarding process for departing employees. Manage HR audits and facilitate customer audits. Administer employee benefits, including medical, insurance, leave accruals, and service awards. Maintain HR records and e-documents, and manage the HRIS (Oracle). Compile and prepare APAC monthly reports, including employee and headcount data, organization charts, and statutory reports. Coordinate and administer all employee training activities. Support and assist with employee engagement and diversity & inclusion activities. Ensure policies and processes align with local legislation, organizational goals, and business objectives. Manage HR vendor invoicing and processing. Collaborate as a key member of the global Human Resources team. Supporting Hong Kong and China market. Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource with at least 2 years relevant working experience Strong HR operational skills Independent, pro-active with integrity to handle confidential matters Solid Microsoft office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Mandarin Due to the volume of applications received, we regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
