OverviewPerforms a variety of Human Resources and administrative functions necessary to support the leadership in HR and occasionally to HR Business Partners. Performs duties of a routine, complex, and confidential nature, requiring exercise of initiative and judgment.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrationAnswers phone for site, coordinates arrival and departure of employees, visitors, and vendors within assigned facility including badge creation and disabling.
Processes invoices for prompt payment. May be required to process expense reports.
Manages mail and light shipping activities for site/location.
Supports all employee relations events in assigned facility or region ensuring compliance to HR values and TDW culture such as company-sponsored holiday events, picnics, lunches, CRC events, health and wellness, blood drives, etc., for the purpose of promoting TDW culture and values.
Assists with facility management – oversight of janitorial and other vendors.
