Job Scope Maintain up-to-date staff records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and mandatory statutory requirements.Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees.Handles all the foreign workers pass application, renewal and cancellation and deal directly with Immigration Department of Malaysia to ensure such activities and its standards comply with relevant Acts and legal demands.To prepare/review employment letter included LOA, appraisal form, confirmation, promotion, transfer, memo, show cause or any other letter.To monitor staff attendance, i.e. punctuality, leave application, etc.Handle employee relations including disciplinary actions and grievances.Assist with payroll administration and employee data management.Coordinate employee benefits and act as the point of contact for inquiries.Handling and ensuring the compliance to the statutory contribution requirements such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDC, BAITULMAL and others.Facilitate and deliver mandatory compliance training; training HR policies, procedures, and systems. Assist in conducting effective training needs analysis on a yearly and ongoing basis to determine the organization's development needs.Maintain accurate training records and databases to produce relevant training reports as and when required.Support the team with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and tracking HR-related metrics.Any other task/adhoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
