Responsibilities: Answer and direct phonecalls.Organize and scheduleappointments.Plan meetings and take detailedminutes.Write and distribute email,correspondence memos, letters, faxes andforms.Assist in the preparation of regularlyscheduled reports.Develop and maintain afiling system.Update and maintain officepolicies and procedures.Order office suppliesand research new deals and suppliers.Maintaincontact lists.Book travelarrangements.Submit and reconcile expensereports.Provide general support tovisitors.Act as the point of contact forinternal and external clients.Liaise withexecutive and senior administrative assistants to handle requestsand queries from senior managers.Requirements: Proven experience as an administrativeassistant, virtual assistant or office adminassistant.Knowledge of office managementsystems and procedures.Working knowledge ofoffice equipment, like printers and faxmachines.Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MSPowerPoint, in particular).Good timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritizework.Attention to detail and problem solvingskills.Strong written and verbal communicationskills.Possess at least Diploma in BusinessAdministration or relevant field; additional qualification as anAdministrative assistant or Secretary will be aplus.
