Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational goals.
Partner with the CEO to align talent acquisition and development with long-term business goals.
Lead HR operations, including regional hiring, workforce planning.
Manage compliance, compensation strategies, and talent management.
Promote professional development and training programs.
Develop career and talent strategies to support workforce growth and retention in a complex, dynamic environment.
Ensure legal compliance across employment, benefits, and safety regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
Act as an HR Business Partner to advise on employee relations and workforce strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:
A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in EPC, renewable energy, O&G, or construction industries.
Proven success in top-tier energy or infrastructure companies, particularly in Asia or the U.S.
Expertise in HR operations, compliance, and workforce management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
