Job Descriptions:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring, for various roles within the center includes to conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to select the best candidates.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure effective communication.
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure continuous development.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads in managing employee performance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements. - Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits
- Managing and overseeing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation
- Oversee in administration tasks to streamline HR operations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a healthcare or postpartum care environment with a focus on payroll and recruitment
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is essential.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Proficiency in management and administration tasks
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in UBS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
