Job Description Open Position: Admin Operations (Reputable Company)   A Reputable Company is currently hiring Admin Operations to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
  Key responsibilities include: More than 2 years working experience as HR Executive or HR Generalist Managing HR activities such as employees' relations, industrial relation, compensation & benefits with experience in monthly statutory payment submission (EPF, Socso, EIS, LHDN, HRDF and etc) Handling the full spectrum of manpower planning including recruiting and staffing activities for permanent and part-time employees Take initiative to lead recruitment drive activities including career fair and establish partnerships with Colleges and Universities Knowledge in Malaysian Labour Laws and Employment Acts with experience in managing Foreign Worker recruitment process (hiring, visa processing and etc) Implement HR policies and maintain employee records covering employee attendance and leave records Good communications and stakeholder management skills   If you are interested, please send your CV to ******  for a confidential discussion.
