Job Description
Administer employees' compensation such as all payroll related matters, statutory contributions, and income tax in accordance with the prevailing labor legislation and statutory requirements.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities from sourcing, selecting, securing, and onboarding.
Administer performance management programs.
Support HR projects and implement HR initiatives for continuous improvements.
Academy Qualification:Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Skills & Experience:Prefer 2 years in HR field, with knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, computerized payroll software/human resource information technology, and Labour & IR Act.
Statutory knowledge (EPF, Socso, HRDF, IRB) is also required.
