Hr Executive

- Responsible to fill up vacancy based on manpower annual plan.
-Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
-Job advertisement drafting and job posting.
-Conduct, prescreening interview and checking references.
-Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
-Interview arrangement with related department head.
-Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
-Manage candidates job offer process and negotiate remuneration packages.
-Responsible for new hire on boarding related matters, arrangement, and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
-Other task as assigned by superior from time to time.
