Hr Executive

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department and
administrative functions.
This position includes responsibilities such as assisting with recruitment
processes, managing employee records, overseeing HR operations, and coordinating general office
administration.Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business departments to understand their needs, talent planning, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain various recruitment channels to ensure a sufficient talent pool.
Establish and maintain a talent database to support the company's long-term development.
Manage daily HR operations, including maintaining and developing the HR database.
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
Assist with payroll administration, benefits management, and other HR programs.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources or a related field.
More than 2 years of recruitment experience, priority given to those with headhunting or internal recruitment experience.
Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
