Responsibilities:
Reviewing contracts and policies regularly and recommending improvements of HR documentation to top Management.
Liaising with the Labor Department on behalf of the company.
Sourcing relevant staff for openings for needed positions within the company.
Updating the company policies based upon government directives, and keeping top management informed of such changes as they are announced by the Labor Department or other relevant authorities after receiving approvals from Top management.
Conducting interviews with candidates, contacting them and arranging appointments.
Getting involved in staff disciplinary procedures and all related areas within a human resources scope.
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel, subject to management approval prior to publishing.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
Creating and revising job descriptions, subject to management approval.
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
Organizing staff training and maintaining records of the same.
Preparing, maintaining and organizing all department documents, records and reports.
Maintaining the company directory and other organizational charts.
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures to top Management.
Assisting, processing the documentation for and guiding foreign staff through the process of obtaining, renewing, transferring, shortening, or canceling a foreign work permit.
Liaising with the relevant government authorities in order to accomplish all related tasks where necessary.
Coordinating and performing related administrative tasks as prescribed by superiors.
Performing all other duties that may be assigned by your superior.
