Job Type:Full time, Hybird (3 days work on site and 2 days work remotely)Working Mode:On Site (Monday – Friday)Location:Selangor Responsibilities: HR Operations: Utilize the UBS system for managing employee records, payroll, leave, and attendance.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and compliance documentation.Maintain employee files and ensure they are up-to-date in the UBS system. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed via the UBS platform. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other inquiries.Address employee grievances and escalate issues as necessary.Promote a positive work environment and encourage effective communication across teams. Performance Management: Support performance review processes and track employee appraisals in the UBS system.Assist in the implementation of employee training and development programs. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.Generate reports from the UBS system related to attendance, payroll, employee turnover, and other key HR metrics. Training & Development: Help organize and track training programs and development initiatives.Maintain training records and ensure updates in the UBS system. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field working experience.Familiarity with HR processes, such as payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations.Proficient in using HR software, with strong knowledge of the UBS system is a bonus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
