Job Responsibilities:Preparation of end-to-end employee documentations
Coordinate interview and conduct reference checks
Perform HR analytics and able to make recommendation accordingly
Liaison on payroll matters with relevant stakeholders
Process monthly payroll as per schedule including staff claims
Facilitate onboarding & offboarding through HRMS setup
Filing of claims and tax related matters to various government agencies
Maintain and upkeep training records for ISO audits
Coordinate training courses both internally and externally
Support training enrolment through liaison with vendors
Maintain and upkeep accurate staff p-files, leave records and staff directory timely
Draft memo for organization announcement
Periodic maintenance of Organization Chart
Participate in company events and activities to promote employee engagement, contributing to positive company culture
Job Requirements:Minimum Bachelor in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years' working experience
An eye for details with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethics
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) with the ability to create reports and presentations
Familiar with vLookup, MailMerge and Pivot Table
Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems with the ability to adapt to new technologies
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High integrity in SOP adoption
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Other Information:Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM 2,500 to RM 3,500
