Hr Executive - Kuala Lumpur

Jobbrief We are looking for an HRExecutive to manage our company's recruiting, learning anddevelopment and employee performance programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referralprograms, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.To be successful in this role, you should have an extensivebackground in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge oflabor legislation.
Ultimately, you will makestrategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop andretain qualified employees.
Responsibilities - Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g.,quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Developfair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply withthem
- Implement effective sourcing, screening,and interviewing techniques
- Assess trainingneeds and coordinate learning and development initiatives for allemployees
- Monitor HR department'sbudget
- Act as the point of contact regardinglabor legislation issues
- Manage employees'grievances
- Create and run referral bonusprograms
- Review current HR technology andrecommend more effective software (including HRIS andATS)
- Measure employee retention and turnoverrates
- Oversee daily operations of the HRdepartment
Requirements - Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager,or similar role
- Familiarity with HumanResources Management Systems and Applicant TrackingSystems
- Experience with full-cyclerecruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation(particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, andinsurance)
- Demonstrable leadershipabilities
- Solid communication skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevantfield
