They opened their first store in November and will expand rapidly over the course of 5 years. Job Responsibilities You are expected to plan and execute end-to-end human resource and administrative related task of the Company. This role requires candidate who is service-focused, self-driven and eager to grow. We are looking for talent who has strong ownership and is able to execute task assigned timely.
Perform the monthly payroll cycle for all outlet staff, ensure that all staff payroll paid timely and accurately with relevant allowance, deduction, over-time claim recorded with proper supporting documentations.Maintain all staff records and documentations according to internal policies and mandatory requirements by the statutory body. Sourcing and filtering of potential candidate according to hiring plan of the Company. Follow thru on the offering process upon confirmation of hiring by the hiring manager.Manage and maintain all office related administrative task, include but not limited to office documentations system, office stationary, printing system and others.
