Hr Executive/Officer (5 Days / Kempas Lama / Payroll)

Details of the offer

Job ResponsibilitiesManage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely report submission.
Maintain and update the payroll database.
Calculate attendance, leaves, allowances, and claims for payroll.
Prepare salary reports and analyze payroll issues.
Assist in preparing EA forms and other government compliance documents.
Ensure accurate and timely statutory payments (LHDN, PERKESO, KWSP, HDRF).
Liaise with government bodies for legal and administrative requirements.
Prepare and update HR documents, including employment contracts.
Support hiring processes, including job postings, offer letters, and induction training.
Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and HR functions.
Proficient in payroll systems and HR databases.
Strong knowledge of statutory requirements (LHDN, PERKESO, KWSP, HDRF).
Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with Mandarin-speaking principal.
