We have few vacancies to choose.The job position will be as a HR Executive / Senior Executive to manage either one of the functions herewith e.g.Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development / Compensation & Benefits / Employee Relations
Job Responsibilities:
1) Talent AcquisitionAssist with recruitment activities such as matching suitable candidates with job openings.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates, and perform detailed reference checks.
Manage onboarding and new hire processes.
Perform business development and talent acquisition, including but not limited to cold-calling, advertising, marketing, industry networking events, and recruitment fairs.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment processes.
Organize and attend job fairs, on-campus interviews, and recruitment events.
Liaise with top TVET institutions and universities in Malaysia to attract and secure potential candidates.
Collaborate with ministries such as MOE, MOHE, KPLB, and others to fill manpower shortages.
Identify creative and innovative recruitment solutions to attract quality candidates.
Responsible for inputting recruitment data in Microsoft Excel and ensuring data accuracy.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as required by superiors.
Handle any ad hoc assignments from superiors.
2) Learning and DevelopmentConduct onboarding briefings for new employees, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless transition into our culture.
Coordinate internal and external training activities, managing HRD Corp applications.
Develop internal training programs, mentoring new trainers and ensuring the effectiveness of training materials.
Administer and maintain our Internal Learning & Development system.
Maintain training and assessment records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Perform data analysis and prepare training reports to evaluate effectiveness.
3) Compensation & Benefits (Workforce Administration)Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding documentation and personal data.
Update and maintain the organizational chart to reflect current staffing and reporting relationships.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and contribute to retention strategies.
4) Employee RelationsPlan and execute corporate events, including employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Prepare employee engagement proposals with budget estimates and objectives.
Assist in managing logistical aspects of transformation events.
Coordinate with vendors for necessary materials and resources.
Track inventory for materials and manage budgets and expenses.
Arrange venues for events and maintain records of bookings and expenses.
Provide updates to project leads and finance teams for budget tracking.
Create promotional materials for employee engagement events.
Coordinate with internal communication channels to disseminate information about initiatives.
Develop content for social media platforms and internal channels.
Solicit employee testimonials to inspire participation in activities.
Job Requirements:
Must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources/Admin or relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS proficiency is an advantage.
Demonstrated empathy for employees and commitment to continuous improvement.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fast learner capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
