Hr Executive (Recruiter)

Co-manage end-end recruitment process, e.g. advertising, tracking and scheduling of candidate, first line screening, managing interview schedule, offer & appointment  Co-Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online systems/ medias and matching candidates with the company's job opening Assist to advertise vacancies in a wide range of ONLINE and OFFLINE media resources  Co-ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations  Support recruitment initiatives to further grow the candidate pipeline Perform pre-employment checks if required  Work closely with business to ensure success of new hires and a high retention rate  Assist in onboarding and offboarding process  Assist to collaborate in hiring programmers to retain employees   Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.High proficiency in in MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and Powerpoint.Able to work independently.
