Job Descriptions: - Based on company human resources planning, establish and refine company recruitment systems and policies, and make timely adjustments and modifications as needed; establish a talent pool for the company and ensure effective management and maintenance.
- Effectively carry out human resources recruitment based on company HR planning and departmental manpower demand plans, and conduct effective evaluations of its outcomes.
- Organize the development and enhancement of various human resources recruitment channels, develop recruitment plans and procedures, publish recruitment information, align with job function requirements, conduct initial interviews and screenings, and organize recruitment activities as required to achieve expected outcomes.
- Responsible for drafting, periodically revising, and refining job descriptions, ensuring they are updated as per company position adjustments to align with actual roles. Also, oversee job transfer process reviews and confirmations.
- Timely gather and organize recruitment information, conduct regular or ad-hoc internal and external human resources situation analyses and manpower demand surveys, analyze and evaluate recruitment effectiveness, ensuring timely completion of tasks and cost control.
- Conduct background checks on employees and track probation periods for new employees. Collect feedback on recruitment issues and propose suggestions for optimizing recruitment policies and processes.
- Responsible for conducting exit interviews and providing psychological counseling for departing employees, promptly receiving and handling employee complaints, addressing employee concerns to the fullest extent possible, and providing consultation services on company benefits, legal matters, and psychological support.
- Regularly organize internal employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results, focusing on aspects such as employee meals, accommodation, etc., and propose improvement proposals to the leadership as decision-making basis.
- Assisting superiors in implementing various company regulations and rules, fostering positive employee relations, coordinating relationships between employees and management, and overseeing and managing employee behavior and discipline compliance within the company.
- Responsible for handling labor relations and establishing harmonious labor-management relationships for the enterprise. Establishing a labor-management consultation mechanism and setting up an enterprise labor relations promotion committee; organizing and planning employee holiday celebrations and activities.
- Responsible for arranging employee entry medical examinations, annual medical check-ups, and occupational disease special post examinations.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements: - Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or other relevant fields.
- At least 2-3 years working experience as HR executive.
- Prefer candidate with experience in campus/university recruitment activities.
- Familiar with Employment Act
