Job DescriptionCoordinator to implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviewers, conducting background reference checks, and sourcing candidates.
Maintaining employee profile hardcopy and softcopy and updating the HR database.
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
Handle payroll administration work, including checking, staff attendance monitoring, staff leave recording, and payroll processing.
Conducting performance evaluations such as confirmations, extension of probation, yearly appraisals, and ad hoc appraisals.
Preparing and conducting the new joiner orientation process.
Managing the employee resignation process.
Handling HR administrative tasks such as filing documents and other administrative tasks.
Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Able to perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management/superior from time to time.
Job RequirementsAt least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
At least one year of experience in the HR field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
