Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment to join our team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and other HR team members to support the company's staffing needs and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company.HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Assist in the preparation of HR reports related to recruitment metrics and other HR activities.Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and concerns.Compliance & Policies: Ensure all recruitment and HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Knowledge of Singapore & Malaysian labor laws and regulations.Benefits: Competitive salary.5-day work week (Monday to Friday).Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Positive and collaborative work environment.
