Responsibilities: Manage applicant databases Assist in sourcing and screening of applicants Arrange schedule for applicant exams and interviews Conduct employment exams to qualified candidates Assist in social media management and other recruitment marketing campaigns and activities Participate in recruitment and internal events Perform other recruitment, HR, training, and admin related tasks Must be: A student or graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or equivalent Highly organized, resourceful, and flexible Knowledge or experience in Recruitment/Staffing process is an advantage Can start immediately
