Your tasks IT Manage user accounts and access permissions for various IT systems and applications. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network issues and maintaining servers Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize downtime. Implement and enforce IT security policies, including data protection measures and access controls. Collaborate with George Fischer IT service providers (DXC, T-Systems, Telekom Malaysia and ect) to ensure services are in line with agreed SLAs and external IT vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services. Plan and manage local IT projects and global IT solution rollout Support before / during and after company internal and external audit Join regular global and regional IT meetings as local ITC (IT Administrator) Provide necessary training for new users, refresher training at regular basis for all users, ad-hoc communication for important IT topics Liaise closely with ASEAN IT coordinator and BU Asia regional IT team on all important IT topics HR Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and exit interviews. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support HR initiatives such as training programs, register for training grant in HRDCorp, to compile training evaluation form, and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Coordinate the activities relating to Employee life-cylce, including but not limited to register and activate e-leave system and Group Insurance coverage, arrange the working tools such as corporate credit card, door access card & ect for new onboarding employees Your profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Previous experience in HR administration and IT support roles. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office, HRIS, and IT ticketing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Familiarity with IT security best practices is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Good computer & Excel/Word knowledge Malaysian candidate only
