Job Description Your contribution to something big! Lead the HR IT System team for Bosch Malaysia, ensuring system governance and data quality for all employees. Partner with HR and technical teams to maintain HR system performance and quality. Also, take care of the changes required at the country level based on requests from the entities. Serve as the technical point-of-contact for ensuring data integrity, testing changes, and process improvements. Support HR system upgrades, patches, testing, and technical projects. Coordinate and lead HR system implementations and change management. Manage and resolve HR system queries and issues, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Recommend and implement process improvements. Plan and execute communication activities for HR system changes. Collaborate with HR locations and Shared Services to ensure system functionality meets requirements. Proactively initiate and manage strategic automation and improvement projects, providing leadership in HR analytics and reporting. Qualifications What Bosch Malaysia is looking for! Degree in IT or a related discipline Total experience: 10-12 years First level of system support experience in a customer service environment, functional knowledge of SAP HR, project experience, information management, HR processes hire-to-retire, payroll Malaysia knowledge, employment act, Malaysia statutory will be added advantage. A matured and committed team-player. Proactive, outcome oriented and customer centric. Independent and able to work extra hours when required to meet tight deadlines.
