Description
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Assist Korean employees with inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general employee relations.
Help with ad-hoc HR projects and process improvements.
Profile
Language Skills:Fluent in Korean (speak, read, and write) and a good command of English.
Experience:Fresh graduates who can speak, read, and write in Korean are encouraged to apply.
1-2 years of HR experience is good to have.Skills:Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
