Hr Manager/Hrbp

HR Business Partner: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Manager of Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet organizational goals.Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management.Strong knowledge of HR practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you know someone who would be great at this role, why not take advantage of our referral scheme?
