Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
Involve in workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives.
Responsible for the recruitment program from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final shortlisting of talented candidates.
Collaborate with recruitment agencies and job portals to attract top talent.
Oversee the onboarding process with departmental HOD ensuring newly joined members are smoothly integrated into the company.
Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Enhance overall existing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
Identify training and development needs, design & plan relevant training programs, utilize HRDF claimable programs, HRDF grant application, and follow up on HRDF claims.
Support career development by identifying high-potential individuals and creating succession plans.
Manage the staff benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness & compliance with the latest local market trends.
Conduct wage benchmarking and manage staff annual performance based on the salary review process.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labor Laws, regulations, and employment practices.
Regularly update HR policies and procedures in accordance with the latest changes in labor legislation.
Identify and implement efficient administration and support processes and systems to support the operational needs of the company.
Collaborate with inter-departments to streamline cross-functional administrative processes.
Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree / Advanced degree in human resources management, business administration, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
High level of professionalism and capable of handling highly confidential information with discretion.
Mature, initiative-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as a good team player in handling corporate cases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally as necessitated by work assignments.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Other language skills (Chinese, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
Possess own transportation.
