Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamicHR Managerto oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
This role is responsible for driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Identify and address current and future workforce needs.
Talent Acquisition and RetentionLead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop strategies to retain top talent and reduce turnover.
Employee RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring effective resolution.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and engagement.
Performance ManagementOversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Compensation and BenefitsManage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as necessary.
HR Policies and ComplianceDevelop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Training and DevelopmentDesign and implement training programs to enhance employee development.
Support leadership in succession planning and career progression initiatives.
HR OperationsMaintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Generate HR metrics and reports to support decision-making processes.
Workplace Culture and EngagementOrganize initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
