About the roleAs a HR Manager at Munawwareen Holdings Sdn.
Bhd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy and driving the company's people-centric initiatives.
Responsible for a full range of HR functions, this full-time position is based in Putrajaya.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's strategic objectives
Overseeing the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and talent management
Providing HR advisory services to management and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations and internal policies
Identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture
Collaborating cross-functionally to drive HR-related projects and process improvements
Analyzing HR data and providing insights to support data-driven decision making
Managing the HR team and developing their capabilities to deliver excellent HR services
What we're looking for
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably within a medium to large-sized organization
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best practices in HR management
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing HR teams
Proficient in HR information systems and data analytics
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
