Job Responsibilities: Engage management to support organizational development and change efforts.

Coordinate with HODs on people development and promotions planning, reviewing costs against budget for annual payroll planning.
Assist hiring managers in selecting candidates with the right skills and cultural fit through effective screening.
Advise on fair and unbiased hiring practices.
Implement HR initiatives by reviewing and improving HR policies and procedures, ensuring timely communication of changes to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding compensation and benefits, and that payroll and sales commissions are paid accurately and on time.
Analyze the sales team's income structure and advise on commission schemes based on market practices.
Organize team bonding events and sales awards Oversee Admin division on office management, Operations license renewal, Insurance Management.
Manage team operations and performance by coaching direct reports/junior members and setting individual objectives.
Periodically review and assess their performance.
Guide line-managers in performance management policies and disciplinary processes.
Coach them on setting and communicating performance goals aligned with business needs.
Ideal Candidates Should Have: Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
Experience with project management is necessary.
Ability to maintain a broad, strategic view of the company's position in the market and adapt accordingly.
Excels in team leadership, project time management, analytical skills, and communication skills.
