Job Description Open Position: HR Manager (Reputable Company) A Reputable company with presence across Malaysia is currently hiring a HR Manage r to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include: Possess Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or etc More than 5 years of HR management covering HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment with more than 4 years experience in managing large number of employees (Executive & Non-Executive Levels) Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in HRMS related App covering Annual Leave/Medical Leave Application, Performance Appraisal and etc.
