Job Responsibilities:Responsible for recruitment process for all personnel, from hiring including writing and placing job ads, onboarding, medical check-ups to off boarding.
Handle and manage payrolls and records of leaves of all staff.
Process, generate and update reports monthly for payroll, claims, leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Service Points, etc.
Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.
Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation.
Maintain the human resource information system employee database.
Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes.
Advocate employee safety, welfare, and wellness.
Prepare and issue memos, meeting minutes.
Administer HR policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
