Job Description

Your contribution to something big! Talent Acquisition and Integration is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts and integrates top talent effectively. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring the quality of hires. Additionally, the HR Officer will monitor and evaluate the performance of recruiters, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices. A key focus will be on designing and implementing an effective onboarding and integration process that prioritizes and enhances the employee experience. 

Qualifications

What Bosch Malaysia is looking for! Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Possess at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and the HR field. Resourceful and passionate about talent analytics using talent mapping tools like Talent Insight, etc. Familiar with various talent full-cycle management processes including recruitment and talent management. Good at conceptual design and logical thinking. Business acumen and the ability to dig, diagnose, and solve problems. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with different levels of leaders and associates. Instinctive with data and good at data analysis. Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset. Fluent in English communication and presentation skills.
