Payroll2U Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation services to our clients, helping them streamline their HR and payroll processes.
What you'll be doing Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and design tailored HR and payroll solutionsImplement and configure payroll and HR software to meet client-specific needsProvide training and support to client teams on using the new systemsMaintain and troubleshoot the implemented solutions, ensuring seamless operationsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver successful project implementationsDocument processes and best practices to aid future deploymentsWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience as an HR or Payroll Implementation ConsultantStrong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practicesProficient in implementing and configuring HR and payroll softwareExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field About us
