Responsibilities: HR & Payroll Support : Provide transaction processing support to clients within a high-performance shared service organization.
Employee Life Cycle Management : Serve as the main point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to HR Services, Payroll Services, and Benefits. Handle inquiries via telephone, email, and Action Request System (ARS). Perform HR administration according to company policies and country-specific legislation.
Customer Request Processing : Accurately process customer requests in a timely manner, resolve issues and inquiries, and escalate operational issues as needed.
HR Operational Tasks : Manage personnel data administration, organizational data maintenance, loan and payment administration, claims verification, time & attendance data administration, and medical benefits administration.
Payroll Processing : Support clients by processing payroll requests, both ad hoc and regular monthly, accurately and on time.
Functional Tasks: Hiring Movement & Organization Management Cessation Employee Data Update and Benefit Management Time & Attendance Management Payroll Processing Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a shared service or outsourcing environment.
Familiarity with SAP HR or other HRMS systems.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple transactions and requests.
Preferably experienced in processing outsourced HR for various countries.
Experience working in large, diverse teams.
