What We're Looking For: Proven experience (2-4 years) in HR compliance, policy management, or a similar roleStrong understanding of employment laws, HR regulations, and compliance standardsExcellent analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and thoroughnessStrong communication skills, capable of explaining policies and legal requirements clearly to various stakeholdersProficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applicationsA degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
