Key Responsibilities:
Job Descriptions: Create and update job descriptions with hiring managers.
Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking to find candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and manage interview schedules.
Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate employment terms.
Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and paperwork.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as a great place to work.
Compliance: Ensure legal and policy compliance in hiring processes.
Reporting: Maintain records and provide recruitment metrics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
