Minimum RequirementsDegree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management (ideally 1-2 years) and talent acquisition (3 years+).

Experience in the Life Sciences sector and Consulting is advantageous.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge of commonly used HR tools is a plus e.g.
SAP, Abacus.
Experience in conducting behavioural and competency-based interviews.
Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and strategy development.
Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malayu (oral and written).

Tasks and ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits administration, etc.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations through collaboration with government and regulatory agencies, maintaining accurate HR records.
Design, implement, and optimise HR processes tailored to organisational needs.
Provide operational HR support and collaborate across internal departments to fulfill HR requirements.
Design and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture, increase engagement, and promote retention.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
Manage performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and improvement plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, direct sourcing, interviews, and offer preparation.
Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, diversity, and inclusion objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with organisational needs.
Actively source top talent using external platforms e.g.
LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.

Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.
