Responsibilities:
Perform HR recruitment activity including reviewing CVs, conducting initial screening calls, filtering and shortlisting of candidates.
Review and screen candidate resumes and recommend them to the respective suitable open job positions.
Provide career advice and follow up with job seekers on their job searching status.
Provide good customer service to employers and attend to their respective queries.
Build and maintain good relationships with employers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with employers.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Self-disciplined, goal-driven, and motivated candidates.
Passionate or strong interest in HR Recruitment function.
