Role & Responsibilities:
Execute end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, CV screening, arrangement of interviews, salary negotiation and onboarding of candidates.
Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
Actively source for candidates via multiple channels such as job portal advertising, referrals, networking, internal database, career fairs & walk-in interviews.
Propose the right and suitable profile to the Hiring Manager, coordinate interviews, and follow up with Hiring Managers on the interview outcome.
Maintain internal database and records to ensure up-to-date information.
Plan and organize recruitment campaigns between universities and career fair agencies as required.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders on manpower planning and yearly forecasting.
Mobilization of resources including tracking and monitoring of resources movement and system update.
Qualification & Working Experience:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role. Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment/talent sourcing are encouraged to apply.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, follow-up with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
