Duties and Responsibilities: The role of a HR Internship is mainly to support the Human Resource department by creating and posting job advertisements on social sites and websites, running phone screening, schedule for interviews and organizing interviews and tests with suitable and potential candidates, main role will involve creating interview questions for job candidates.
Handle recruitment process.
Sourcing of suitable candidates via job ads, social media as well as referrals.
Scree resumes, shortlist and select the right candidates for the available position.
Responsible for screening, scheduling of interviews.
Should be a good, productive team player.
Allowance range :  RM1000 - RM1500 Powered by JazzHR


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
