We are seeking an experiencedHuman Resources Managerto lead and enhance our HR operations across multiple countries.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to manage talent, optimize resources, and align HR initiatives with the company's goals.Key Responsibilities:
Company Culture and Development:Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the organization's values and vision.
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring consistency across all offices and countries.Interview and Hiring Across Countries:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across multiple regions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and source top talent.
Implement best practices in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.Training and Development:Design and implement employee training programs to foster growth and skill enhancement.
Identify training needs and develop resources for continuous learning and leadership development.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed.Payroll and Benefits:Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage employee benefits programs and regularly review to maintain competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll and benefits regulations.HR Policies and Compliance:Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all countries.
Act as a point of contact for legal or compliance-related HR issues.Budget and Resource Planning:Plan and manage the HR budget effectively, including recruitment, training, and employee programs.
Optimize resource allocation to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.Talent Management:Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Oversee performance management processes, including KPIs, appraisals, and employee development plans.
Work on succession planning to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a multi-country or regional capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance across various countries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
