Hr Senior Executive

Job Description:
1.Assist leaders and be specifically responsible for the management of human resources.
2.Responsible for employee recruitment and management to meet the employment needs of various departments and periods.
3.Responsible for the company's education and training work, formulating annual/monthly training plans according to the training needs of each department, and supervising the implementation; and specifically responsible for the training of production front-line employees, including planning, organization and implementation, supervision and inspection.
4.Responsible for corporate culture promotion, employee relations, employee performance, employee attendance, salary accounting and other management work.
5.Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders on time.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR and administrative roles.Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle pressure.Familiarity with relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment policies in Malaysia.Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems.Familiarity with foreign employment visa procedures and proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Working time: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
