Job Overview TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
What your background should look like: Job Summary- To support the TE Connectivity Operations in regard to HR related activities including but not limited to conducting & implement site learning & Development needs , attending compliance audit and benefits administration and vendors management administration.
Job Function and Responsibilities- Benefits Administration Administer employee health & benefits programs. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions. Coordinate with external vendors for benefits related services. Training & Development Collaborate with department heads and individual employee to identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees. Track and maintain on training participation record and outcomes. Managing training providers to ensure consistent quality delivery . Responsible managing on-boarding process for new hires including orientation program. Manage training budget and monitor the usage of HRDC funds to ensure the funds are fully and effectively utilized. HR Initiatives Participate in the planning and execution of HR initiatives such safety program, D&I programs, employee engagement activities and well being program. Identify, assess, and implement continuous improvement activity in HR.
Compliance & HR Report Maintain metrics for HR including but not limited to: Turnover, Headcounts, Exit Interview data and document as needed for audits/compliance purposes. As a representative of HR attending RBA, QMS, EHS Management system , TE's SAFE and customer's audit. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any disciplinary. 2-3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role Manufacturing environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to communicate effectively. Must have organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Must be customer focused. Competencies
