**Before applying, all applicant must read the following infos thoroughly**:- Responsible for implementation of comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and individual employee development plans.- Conduct TNA to identify skill gaps and training requirements by collaborating with department heads- Coordination and managing training registrations, accommodation and transportation bookings, arrangements of food and beverages, cleaning and preparation of training room, and providing necessary assistance to trainers.- Develop and implement internal audit frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with HR regulations, company policies, and industry standards.- Plan and execute internal audits to assess HR processes, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements.- Coordinate and collaborate with external audit teams during compliance audits.- Identify areas of improvement based on audit findings and develop action plans to address any identified gaps.- Stay current with HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.- Support ad-hoc requests within team and external stakeholders within the Company as and when required.**Job Requirement**:- Bachelor's Degree major in Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources Management / Development, Business Administration or related field- At least 1+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role- Good understanding of Employment laws and experienced in handling HRD Corp grant/claim submissions are highly preferred.- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.- Able to speak, read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and operating knowledge of E-TRIS system.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Will you be able to relocate to be within reasonable commuting distance from Pasir Gudang?- Please state your expected range of basic salary (Example: RM 2,500)- Please state your Notice Period to join Kiswire (Example: No notice / 3 day / 1 week / one month)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- HANDLING HRDC GRANT/CLAIM: 1 year (preferred)- TRAINING ARRANGEMENT: 1 year (preferred)- UTILIZATION OF E-TRIS SYSTEM: 1 year (preferred)
