Training Officer

As a Training Officer, you will play an important role in managing the organizations training & development activities through facilitating and supervising training programs for employees.**Area of Responsibility**You will play an important role in:- Responsible to manage internal and external training activities.- Responsible to certify all operators and staff training.- Competent in IPC Training.We are looking for someone with:- Experience in HR Training / development activities.- Knowledge in ISO Standard- Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.**Salary**: Up to RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- HRDF Training: 1 year (preferred)- HR Training / development activities: 1 year (preferred)- Manufacturing Industry: 1 year (preferred)
