Your main focus will begin with manpower planning exercises and a seasoned expert in managing industrial relations cases and others as a HR generalist with a strong support from a centre of excellence team.
The ideal talent is one with a Business Partner mentality to be an advisor to management yet hands-on and display strategic thinking capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
More than 5-8 years as a HR Business Partner or 12-15 years experience as HR generalist.
Preferably from the hospitality, healthcare or equivalent industries.
Must be experienced in independently managing yearly workforce planning.
Added advantage if strong in industrial relations.
