Hrbp / Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to identifystaffing needs.Determine selectioncriteria.Plan interview and selectionprocedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-personinterviews.Assess candidate information,including resumes and contact details.Designjob descriptions and interview questions that reflect eachposition's requirements.Lead employer brandinginitiatives.Organize and attend job fairs andrecruitment events.Forecast quarterly andannual hiring needs by department.Fosterlong-term relationships with past applicants and potentialcandidates.Requirements: Proven work experience as a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist or similar role.Hands-on experiencewith social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g.LinkedIn)Familiar with Campus recruitment.Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting usingvarious interview techniques and evaluationmethods.Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.A keen understanding ofthe differences between various roles withinorganizations.Diploma / Degree in HumanResources Management or relevantfield.
