Job description Conduct training needs analysis to identify appropriate learning and development programs to address organizational and business needs.Collaborate with HODs to develop personalised career development plans for employees, incorporating feedback from performance appraisals, skill assessments, and career aspirations.Coordinate and implement the Annual Training Plan, encompassing functional, on-the-job, regulatory, compliance, and soft skills training.Partner with external training providers, to deliver specialized training programs.Manage and control training cost to ensure expenses are within the plan budget.Plan and manage the effective utilization of the HRD Corp levy.Promote the companys culture and values through various initiatives and activities that enhance employee experience and foster a sense of belonging.Conduct regular employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to address concerns and improve overall engagement levels.
