**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES****1. Systems Administration**- To maintain the HRIS (Workday / Boss I Net etc) and ensure smooth daily operation, data accuracy and OTIF- Superuser familiar with query and report generation- To provide preliminary technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving systems- To evaluate and monitor the system performance and update with the latest features- Support in data entry and payroll verification2. **HRIS Project (Workday / Boss I Net etc)**:- Responsible for HRIS projects including system implementation and upgrades- Work together and communicate with the project team, cross-functional team, HQ, vendors and end-user on system-related enhancements, issues and queries- Responsible for implementing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT) and error log analysis3. **Documentation and Manual**:- Develops documents and maintains all the system process workflows for efficiency and compliance with data integrity, security and privacy requirements- Recommend effective processes or improvements on systems to increase efficiency in HR management- To provide systems training and support to users.4. **Support in external audit and internal audit in the Human Resources function**5. **Support in any HR projects / strategies / initiatives as assigned by the line manager****JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Degree in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines- HR generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably with good experience in HRIS and payroll process- Familiar with HR processes and workflow- Familiar with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SuccessFactors or other similar system- Familiar with Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance & Workforce Planning modules- Familiar with Applicant tracking system- Familiar with payroll system, time and attendance system**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
